  1. Accuracy of order. By placing an order, you agree all info provided in order is accurate. If a mockup is not requested, you agree to use the layout developed by Summit Imprints. For color items, Summit Imprints cannot guarantee exact colors due to variations in materials, but will match files/proof as closely as possible.

  2. Mockup revisions. Upon request, we will provide a mockup and two additional revisions if needed. More than two revisions may incur additional design services fees.

  3. Design finalization. Upon mockup/proof approval, we begin the production process immediately. No additional changes to the design can be made after approval, and no refunds will be offered for products that match the approved mockup/proof.

  4. Customer-provided materials. Because composition of materials can affect customization, understand we cannot guarantee the results on customer-provided materials. Summit Imprints is not liable for replacement of materials if processing is unsuccessful.

  5. Hold period. After a pickup notification is sent, Summit Imprints will hold the order for up to 30 days. Orders remaining after 30 days will be donated to a local cause and will not be refunded.
  1. Returns. Summit Imprints guarantees satisfaction. To be eligible for a return:
    • Contact Summit Imprints within 15 days of receiving order with an approved reason for return. Eligible reasons are listed in our refund policy.
    • All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee (waived in cases of manufacturer defect).
    • Returns that are soiled or damaged are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  1. Customer-provided artwork. All artwork provided will meet the requirements outlined at https://summitimprints.com/pages/artwork. If artwork is determined to be non-production-ready, Summit Imprints will contact you to discuss creative services charges before proceeding.
  1. Pricing adjustments. Customer-provided items and artwork requests will be evaluated within 24 hours to determine accurate pricing/processing capabilities. Within this window you will be notified of any additional fees to process the item, at which point you may choose to proceed or cancel the order.
  1. Intellectual property. You agree that you have intellectual property rights to the files/design provided for your order. Summit Imprints may publish photos/video of this order unless noted during the order process.
  1. Cancellation. If you cancel your order during production, you are liable for all expenses incurred. Summit Imprints also reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with a complete refund.
