Refund policy
Summit Imprints Return Policy - Current as of August 2023
At Summit Imprints we guarantee the quality of our products and craftsmanship. When placing an order for customized merchandise, you agree that all information is accurate and that all items will be customized to the specifications provided during checkout. If you waived the opportunity to view a proof before order completion, you have agreed to use the layout crafted by our design staff.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We will replace items with no restocking fee if they have a manufacturer’s defect or were not customized to the specifications provided during checkout. Returned items that are soiled, damaged, or missing parts are not eligible for exchange or refund. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is not in the same condition as it was sent.
To be eligible for a return, email sales@summitimprints.com with your original order number and your reason for return within 15 days of receiving your purchase. After we acknowledge the return (allow 3-5 days), you have 7 days to return the purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the number of days required for merchant service processing. If your refund is missing, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@summitimprints.com.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
